It is important for seniors to stay active and eat healthy in order to maintain their health. Our activity centers hold many activities for seniors to remain active and learn how to improve their health, including exercise classes, healthy meals, and much more! Participants are encouraged to socialize and enjoy each other’s company while staying active.
We love our seniors at our activity centers! Senior participants meet new people everyday and enjoy participating in activities with friends. They are the perfect place to promote active seniors!
