Our health & home care services help take all the weight off of family caregivers. We provide seniors with care in their own homes and outside of their homes. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life of both the patient and their caregiver.
Senior Care
Caregiving is not an easy task. But with our senior services, we make it easier. We provide assisted living, adult day care and Alzheimer’s care to help take the weight off your shoulders.
Home Care
We provide quality home health services and information to families. We assist our patients and their families in enhancing their lives and believe in supporting their health.
Hospice Care
Our hospice program provides end of life care to patients in the comfort of their own home. Hospice enables them to live their last days to the fullest and pass peacefully.
Therapy
We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy as a remedy for many conditions that affect older people. Patients will re-learn daily activities and will gain their independence back.
Health Insurance Counseling
HICAP helps people with Medicare understand their health insurance benefits, options and rights. This program offers free and unbiased assistance from professional health insurance counselors
