Our videos highlight some of our seniors being introduced to and educated about our hospice care services. Our hospice care program provides end of life care to patients in the comfort of their own home and with their families. Hospice care enriches patients’ lives by allowing them to live their last days to the fullest and pass peacefully with comfort and dignity.
Our Nutrition Department’s home-delivered meals (HDM) program is operating with the support of volunteers and staff. During the coronavirus pandemic, the HDM program accommodates 12 times the normal demand. With the support of over 300 volunteers and staff, we deliver 5,000 meals to seniors every day so they can stay home and be safe.
